No matter the response or excuses Leavitt provides, the message has been sent to the country that no bonds of humanity, family, or basic dignity can stop ICE. The only criminal charge Ferreira has ever faced is an arrest on a suspicion of battery, but this unclear charge does not match the violent archetype Trump is seemingly kicking out of the country. Immigrants are a key factor of what makes America actually great, and we should respect them as humans, not political pawns.

What Happened: The case surrounding Trump and his allies supposed interference in the 2020 election in Georgia has been dropped.
